Larger items are shipped via freight, smaller items via UPS or FedEx Ground. When ordering larger items, a freight trucking company will call you to schedule a time. Ask for the company's phone number in case you need to change the delivery time. Please remember to provide your phone number when you check out.
Please make sure someone is available to sign for the delivery at the scheduled time. Delivery is "to the curb," meaning the driver cannot assist you in moving the item into your home. Please arrange for help to move it if needed.
NEW SERVICE: We do also offer "White Glove" delivery as an option with our Marshfield furniture. This would be two men taking the furniture out of the boxes and setting it up in the room of your choice. We can quote you a price if you wish that service. Please call 1-866-556-2556 for details.
Inspect the package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent that the merchandise inside may be damaged, refuse delivery and call us toll free at 1-866-566-2556.
Retain all packaging material until you're completely satisfied with the condition of your purchase.
